I am a Finance Expert in my give-back chapter. I am committed to making a lasting impact and aim to inspire others to join me in uplifting startups, c-suite individuals, and women-led ventures to success. My passion is to help companies and individuals in all sectors of Life Science, including pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, CROs, medical devices, imaging, digital health, and biotech, among others, achieve their goals and thrive in these competitive markets. 

With a vast experience spanning three decades, I have focused on simplifying the complex financial landscapes of the life sciences and technology industries.

• Former leading senior financial executive successfully closed 19 rounds of funding and raised over $630M in capital.
• Led all SEC-related activities for successful $57M IPO, $82M follow-on offerings, $120M shelf filing and $20M at-the-market offering.
• Advised three pre-Series A life science CEOs in the applied science, therapeutics and digital health space to successfully close $12M in capital.
• A three-time veteran of building finance and accounting teams from the ground up.
• A five-time veteran of streamlined ERP implementation, architecture design and data migration for public and private companies.

Another crucial part of my work is closing the gender gap in Life Science industry fundraising, where there is still a significant disparity. I empower female entrepreneurs and help increase female representation by mentoring, courses, and programs that help women secure funding to grow their companies and plan for successful exits. My belief in equality, access, and inclusion drives my mission to uplift women-led ventures and create a ripple effect of success for future generations.
